Technical leadership, end to end.

I design, build, and scale complex learning platforms that turn dense subject matter into intuitive digital experiences. Over the past five years, I've directed platform strategy and system architecture for major government and healthcare education organisations, maintaining direct involvement in technical execution alongside my engineering teams.

My technical core spans large-scale Moodle administration, custom LMS implementations, SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth2, REST APIs, and modern frontend development with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS. I also work comfortably across GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and WCAG accessibility standards to ensure systems are robust and accessible to every learner.

By mastering the complete ecosystem, including stakeholder requirements, user journeys, content structure, and backend data flows, I ensure complex portal migrations land with zero downtime and critical educational material reaches users seamlessly.

Platform Migration & Member Experience

Led the end-to-end transformation of the member portal serving 20,000+ medical professionals across Australia and New Zealand: owned the system architecture and user mapping, directed the migration from a legacy platform to a modern member experience, and delivered the platform implementation with Moodle SSO integration in partnership with SMEs, infrastructure partners, and development teams. CICM Moodle eLearning Platform

LMS Migration & Administration

Own the college's Moodle learning environment end to end, including the migration from a legacy Moodle 3.8 installation to Moodle 5.x. Scoped the upgrade architecture, staged it through test environments, validated SSO and enrolment integrations at every step, and preserved full course and learner data continuity so training remained available to members throughout.

Designed and developed the F-12 online learning environment for a Victorian government school reaching 10,000+ students.
